We ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum order amount. Expedited and express options are not offered at this time. Free shipping does not include installation, assembly or in-home delivery services.

Orders are processed within 0-1 business days, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays — anything placed after 2:00 PM MT is processed the next business day. Standard delivery then usually takes 2-3 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to follow the parcel at any time. If a package looks lost or is running well beyond the estimated window, email us at support@pinedalegal.com and we will chase the carrier for you.

We accept returns in three cases: a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or the wrong item being delivered. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.

We are unable to accept returns for a change of mind, size expectations or personal preference. If you are unsure about a product before ordering, write to us at support@pinedalegal.com and we will help you decide.

Report it within 72 hours of delivery so we can file the claim in time. Email support@pinedalegal.com with your order number and photos showing the damage to the product, the outer shipping box, a readable shipping label and the inner packaging materials. We will confirm eligibility within 1-2 business days and send return instructions.

We do. For any approved return — defective, damaged or incorrect item — we cover the return shipping cost. You will not be charged for sending a qualifying item back.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3-7 business days to the original payment method used at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may need a few extra days to show it on your statement. We do not offer exchanges or store credit at this time.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover, plus Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is handled securely at checkout through Shopify Payments, which is PCI-DSS compliant — we never see or store your full card details.

Every cost — product price, shipping and applicable taxes — is shown before you confirm the order. There are no hidden fees.
