Track Your Order

Every Pinedalegal order ships with a tracking number. It is e-mailed to you the moment the parcel leaves us, usually within 0-1 business days of your order, and standard delivery then takes 2-3 business days.



No tracking number to hand? Enter your order number and the e-mail you used at checkout to see where your order is.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

How it works

  • Order confirmation — sent right after checkout, with your order number.
  • Shipping confirmation — sent when the parcel is handed to the carrier, with the tracking number and a link.
  • Delivery — the carrier updates the tracking page at each step until the parcel is at your door.

Nothing moving?

Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show the first scan. If it has not updated for several days, or the parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, write to support@pinedalegal.com with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
